That’s a huge list for encouraging someone to engage in daily exercise habit. I do exercise to keep my body fit and active which helps body to fight number of diseases.
Thank you for commenting, Bharat. Exercise is a rather huge cure-all, if not preventing a number of lifestyle health problems – cholesterol and blood sugar in particular! And one cannot forget the added benefit of losing those extra pounds!
