You’ve grown up hearing that you should eat your fruits and vegetables. Your Mom probably repeated it a zillion times. Then your teachers, at school. And of course you know you should eat your fruits and veggies.

But question is: are you? Have you been listening to that gold-plated advice?

Before you just wave this post away, I urge you to spend a minute to read WHY fruits and veg are crucial for your health. I am saying this especially because these days, lifestyles are hectic and people are super-busy chasing their to-do lists. As a result, they move their health down the priority list and end up feeling fatigued and tired. Meal times are often something grabbed and eaten in a hurry. On top of that, they wonder why they’re not feeling energetic.

The foundation of being healthy revolves around eating healthy, getting enough sleep and exercise. While we always have good intentions, we always fall short of our goals when it comes to self care and managing our diet.
