That’s my post over at Gingerchai today. These days, focusing on heart health is not just for the “elderly”. Lifestyles have changed and so have people, naturally. This has made it even more critical to keep tabs on your health, especially heart health, as it can be a silent killer.

During one of my visits to the hospital with my Mom, we were waiting for our appointment and spent our time watching the slideshow happening on the LCD screen above the receptionist’s area. One of the slides talked about symptoms of cardiac failure. “Death” Just the one word.
