This vitamin C and iron rich concoction will:

  • keep your skin from drying
  • reduce facial lines

We need Vitamin C with protein to keep up the supply of collagen to our skin. Collagen is the binder that keeps our skin together and slows down aging, wrinkles and sagging skin. It also keeps oil producing glands in check so that the skin does not become dry, while preventing unsightly lines on the face.

People who regularly consume adequate quantities of Vitamin C-rich foods usually look great with glowing skin. If you have a passion for looking good, feeling good and want to learn more tricks for staying youthful looking, cosmetology school is a great option.
Here’s the recipe for 300 ml of the juice:
You need:

  • 2 large pineapple slices, chopped
  • One medium sized cucumber, chopped
  • Half a medium sized apple chopped into pieces
  • Crushed ice (optional)
Now, get all the ingredients in a juicer and juice it up. Add a little water if you want. Strain the juice, if necessary. 
Take a couple of glasses. Add some crushed ice.
Pour the juice.
