Do you feel dizzy? 

This happens because of insufficient blood supply to your brain – and even if it is momentary, it causes dizziness. This can make you become unconscious for a brief period. 


What to do?


When you feel dizzy, just lie down – or sit down and put your head between your knees. It passes off.


The good news is – even if you feel dizzy, it may not have any medical significance. But it is time to see your doctor if you experience frequent fainting, as that might be a symptom of an underlying problem.
