Dark chocolate can be high in calories, but it may be a good choice if you’re craving something sweet.

Dark chocolate contains a substance that can help lower your blood pressure. Just be sure to keep your portion size small (about 28 grams).

There are different types of chocolate, but dark chocolate is healthy chocolate.
