I’ve always been a big fan of any news, tip or advice related to health. Each time I receive a newsletter in my mailbox, I immediately feel like sharing a thing or two with everyone I know. I suddenly realized I could actually do this through a health blog – whats more – I could also share it with people I don’t know – YET.

After more than a decade in the corporate corporate work, I retired from my corporate career at 33 to focus on family.
