Walking for your health

Walking is a wonderful exercise that helps maintain overall health. All you have to do is spare 30 minutes every day to enjoy better cardiovascular fitness, stronger bones, lose weight, improve muscle power and endurance. Besides this, you can also lower your risk for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and certain types of cancer. The best part? Walking is free. You don’t need any special equipment or training. Get a good pair of shoes and you’re ready to go!
