You are looking at cabbage, carrots and red and yellow peppers (Capsicum).
Eat them as a salad with a dash of olive oil or stir fry them with sauteed garlic and ginger and add pepper powder to taste, garnish with chopped spring onions (shallots). Enjoy!

What colourful imagery, my friend!
I’ll add this salad to the family menu – I’m sure they’ll enjoy it. I just have to work out how to stop them having calorie laden lamb chops to go with it….
