Quick way to cut your risk of prostate cancer
June is Men’s Health month.
According to research, lycopene (the compound that gives tomatoes their bright red colour)could decrease the risk of prostate cancer. Vitamin E is also believed to help decrease the risk.
So include these foods in your diet:
• Tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato relish, tomato juice
• Papayas, watermelon
• Green leafy vegetables
• Nuts and olive oil, in moderation
And stay healthy!
