Everyone worries about eating healthy when away from home and fast food restaurants are the most frequented places as they are good for eating on-the-go.

So when you order, don’t settle for something that comes with your happy meal or sandwich. You can choose healthy options and substitutions.


  • Ask for reduced-fat mayo or mustard with your sandwich
  • Go for salsa with your meal rather than opt for cheese sauce.
  • Stay away from special dressings, tartar sauce, sour cream and all other other high-calorie additions.
