A quick tip

This is about portion control. It is easier than you think.

What you do is cup your hands in the shape of a bowl and only eat that much at each meal.

We have small stomachs and it is advised that we eat slowly until we feel about eighty per cent full. 

When we overeat, we stretch our stomach – and it is only fair to let it come back to its original size!
