Sweet, Sweeter, Sweetener!

Research may show that artificial sweeteners don’t cause cancer and that aspartame is safe – but then we also know that too much of a good thing is never a good idea.

So, what’s the verdict?

Action time!  
Go easy on the artificial sweeteners to replace sugar if you are a diabetic, trying to lose weight or just because you like them. Sweeteners may be low in kilojoules, but try not to exceed eight pills a day!
